How long does it take to ship?

All of our boxes go out the first week of the following month. It should arrive within 3-6 days depending on location.

Can I return my item(s)?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. But if you have any issues please reach out to us via email or phone and we will try our very hardest to accommodate if something was damaged via shipping

Will my order be trackable?

Of course, you will receive your tracking info via email.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS

When will I be billed and when will the package be shipped?

You will get billed automatically the first time you order. However, once the order is renewed you will be charged on the (insert date) of every month. We ship all boxes between the 1st and 6th of every month.

Can I send a 'LuxePlay' box as a gift?

Of course, we do offer a one time customized gift basket that you will be able to find in the menu on the homepage, but if you want to send a subscription to someone you will also be able to do so! In the questionnaire let us know it's a gift. And at checkout you will enter their address instead of yours. Then they will get monthly boxes.

Do couple boxes and single boxes ever contain the same products ?

If you subscribe for a couples box and a singles box in the same month, there is a small chance that they may contain the same item. Your boxes are curated and picked out based on your questionnaire. So we will try to not send similar items. You can always send us an email about your concern, however that shouldn't be a problem.

My partner and I are both FTM, what box would be the best for us? I hesitate to order the w/w, one, because I don’t want it to be dysphoria inducing but I know some of the m/m toys won’t even work for us.

That's understandable. Our boxes are customized to you and your partner. You can let us know what stuff you're into, or like to explore in the questionnaire. Our 'Luxe Collection' is here to help guide you, but the questionnaire is vital information for your curated box. The more detailed you are the better we can curate for you!

If I sign up for the silver box, can I switch to Gold or Diamond and vice versa?

Absolutely – again, we built our service around flexibility. Keep in mind our boxes are especially crafted for you and your needs (solo or partnership). You can change your tier at any time as long as the box hasn't shipped. If it did, it will kick in the following month.

How do you handle defective or missing products?

We hope you always receive products that work perfectly, however sometimes manufacturing defects do happen and we take them very, very seriously. If you received a damaged product, please write to us at luxeplayclub@gmail.com and describe what the problem was. and what you tried to fix it. Pictures of physical defects or incorrect sizes are a great help.

To be considered for a replacement, please be sure to report any issues with your delivery (defective, incorrect, missing products or non-delivery) within 30 days from the date your order was placed.
